There have been platform Metroidvanias, a turn-based tactics game, a deck-building RPG, and more. The gameplay and genre of each title have varied drastically, however. Thus far, the SteamWorld games have all fallen under a similar aesthetic. SteamWorld Headhunter may be the most ambitious game in the franchise yet. After sharing that a new SteamWorld game was in the works last year, publisher Thunderful Games has just released a new teaser trailer for the latest entry into the series: SteamWorld Headhunter. Developer Image & Form has created multiple games in the SteamWorld franchise, including SteamWorld Dig, SteamWorld Heist, and SteamWorld Tower Defense. The newest SteamWorld game has officially been revealed.
